She earned her Master of Social Work from the University of Iowa.
Cassie draws from evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), tailoring her approach to the unique needs of each client. She supports individuals and families through a range of experiences, including grief, anxiety, emotional regulation challenges, and life transitions.
Clients describe Cassie as warm and grounded. She values honesty, connection, and humor in the therapy room and believes that small, intentional shifts can lead to meaningful growth. Whether supporting a child learning to express big feelings, an adult navigating a difficult life transition, or a family working to strengthen communication and resilience, Cassie strives to provide a safe and supportive space for healing and exploration.
