Responsibilities
Conduct outpatient psychotherapy in our Coralville office. A full-time caseload is 22 clients per week.
Conduct intakes and follow-up sessions seeing adult clients (couples, child, and family therapy is desired but not required).
Salary $90,000 to $100,000
Pay for full-time temp licensed therapists is 60% of gross revenue. Fully licensed status represents 70% of revenue. A realistic yearly income for this position is between $80,000 to $95,000, including taking off one week per year with a caseload of 22 clients per week. Income can significantly increase depending on your caseload size and weeks in the clinic.
Our providers are employees (not independent contractors). Beacon of Hope covers payroll taxes and provides furnished office space, EHR software, advertising, billing services, and other services necessary to build your caseload. We accept Blue Cross, Medicaid, Midlands Choice, Molina Healthcare, and private pay,
Schedule and Caseload
The ideal caseload for this job is 22 scheduled clients per week. However, it is acceptable if fewer clients show up, so there is no need to schedule more clients to compensate for cancellations or no-shows. If desired, you have the option to increase your caseload.
