About Dani

Dani is an open-minded, honest, and grounded therapist who offers a holistic, values-driven approach to healing. She works with adults navigating life transitions, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. Dani has a particular passion for supporting individuals recovering from religious trauma, moving through divorce, or participating in nontraditional relationship and family structures. She understands that when clients feel seen and understood it opens the door for deeper honesty and meaningful growth.

Dani earned her Master’s in Social Work from the University of Iowa and also holds degrees in Psychology and Occupational Therapy. She brings an extensive background in mental health, having worked across a wide range of populations and settings. This diverse experience informs her integrative and client-centered approach to therapy.

Dani draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Existential Therapy, as well as elements of CBT and DBT. Her work is rooted in the belief that therapy should align with each client’s core values and lived experience. She creates a space where clients can explore their stories, develop insight, and move toward growth and connection on their own terms.
